All images are copyrighted by Moments with Jess. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce our work in any manner or medium.
SESSION FEE
Moments with Jess requires full payment of the sitting fee at time of session. This is non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hour notice for cancellations. Sessions fee may be paid by cash or check. All checks need to be made out Jessica Hoovler
PAYMENT for PRINTS
Moments with Jess accepts cash, check, Visa, Master, American Express and Discover . There will be a charge of $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHS
There is no other photography allowed from family and friends during the portrait session.
IMAGE RETOUCHING
Enhanced retouching included (small scars, bruises and blemishes, and any debris).
PORTRAIT CARE
Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.
PROOFS AND ORDERING
You will receive a password protected portfolio online at www.momentswithjess.com. Also here your prints and enhanced digital images will be available for purchase.
