You can either fill out the order form that you received from the school and return it or you can process your order online by selecting the "order now" button below. 

 

For delivery there are now two different options,

you can either have your order delivered to your home for a $5.00 fee (select standard shipping at check-out)

Otherwise, choose your Childs school in the delivery section and your prints will be delivered to the school within in 2 weeks.
